In my role at PepsiCo as HR Analyst for Talent Management Services in Europe, I had a chance to own and project manage Process Mapping and Desktop Procedures creation process for core people processes agenda in Europe sector, working across the team to assign and manage the catalogue of activities and DTPs. This included also defining taxonomy, applying naming conventions, tagging and archiving of support materials, links and quick cards. Optimizing the whole process by implementing simplified approach, for which I gained capability by completing Promapp training.
challenge
High complexity processes managed by different analysts with wide stakeholder group. While working on the process there were numerous changes applied to the whole people agenda which made it harder to capture actions in user flows. Also, during the project I was based in different location than other analysts and world pandemic (covid-19) made it impossible to travel, therefore the whole project had to be conducted and delivered virtually.
